Extended Warranty - should I ?

The maintenance warranty on my 2001 X5 is up on March 15th . The dealer offered to extend it for another year for $400. Since I have 21k miles on the car they said I will need brakes and another oil change in the next couple of months which will bring it well over $400. The bumper to bumper warranty is up next March. My questions are should i extend this warranty and when the other one is up extend that too ? Thanks Keith

Given the horrendous reliability/repair record of the X5, I'd say definitely sign up for extended warranty!!

It's only $33/mo!!! I think it's a no-brainer for bumper-to-bumper protection.
