I have a magnetic sign that has become stuck to my vehicle. How can I remove it without damage to the paint?

Just pull it off. It is magnetic so it is not stuck to the paint. It is being held against the paint by magnetism from the steel panel underneath. If however it was dirty/sticky before you put it on, then you may have some fine scratches. Paint doesn't come off that easily.
